Expected Perks
Before you take your first job or change jobs, give a little thought to what
work perks really have importance to you before you take the job. You might be
surprised at what your ideal job really means to you.
Medical plan
Choice of HMO or PPO. Other perks could be free to employee, dental, vision,
prescription, several plan choices, and short waiting period to start.
Paid time off
2 week vacation minimum and standard holidays. Other great perks are
maternity leave, elder care leave, extended holidays, sick time, personal days,
short term and lond term disability.
