"Evil" resume blasting services? How to make them work for you.

Definition: Resume Blasting - A service that jobseekers join to "blast" their resume to 4900 (more or less) recruiters and hiring managers.
Company charges a fee for this service.
There is nothing wrong with the "blasting" of resumes to employers and recruiters who have signed up to receive them.
As a matter of fact, they can improve your chances of finding your ideal job immensely!

Any resume I get from these services is a "start" of the relationship building process with the job seeker. As it should be with any
recruiter. Career searches are a team effort between you and the recruiter you choose to assist you.
You, as the job seeker, have the RIGHT to know where your resume is being presented. And you should know before it is sent off to any employer!
If any recruiter receives your resume from a "resume blasting service", and you discover they have submitted it to a company
without your permission, you need to contact the blasting service and let them know.
You are a partner with the recruiter in your career search. Make sure you are kept advised of where your resume is sent, what the
company does, details of the job they are submitting your resume for. While you won't know specifically what company gets your resume from the blasting service, you should know if any third-party recruiter is sending it on to their clients.
