It appears that USENET is drying up as a joba nd career source. Very few current postings, a special news reader needed and text only have caused it to fade in importance.

Use your time wisely looking for a new job with these older job and career resources. Most of the Chicago (or pick your city and state location) and National Usenet job groups contain redundant cross postings.
